Our purpose: to make pasta using only ingredients from neighboring farms. To achieve that we:

• Spend a lot of time in the field (literally) visiting, and observing (with all 5 senses!), to find the best natural ingredients possible.

• Respect the ingredients, by handling them with care at their peak, and using every nutritious part to ensure the flavor and color shine through.

• Hold onto our roots, by sourcing nearby, donating locally and replenishing the environment right here in Massachusetts.
