Tomorrow Nella Pasta will be attending the Hingham Holiday Gift Fair for the second year running with a wide assortment of fresh pastas, pesto, homemade focaccia and prepared pasta salads (for full menu click on the Weekly Menu tab above). With all the upcoming holiday parties, we’re also making it easy to create a beautiful and delicious gift by choosing any combination of pasta, pesto and focaccia, adding a herringbone dish towel and wooden spoon and tying the bundle with a raffia bow. Be someone’s favorite guest buy making yours tomorrow! Make your way over to Hingham High School tomorrow from 9am-4pm for lots of holiday goodies, fresh focaccia and pesto samples and lots lots more! Also since we love to multi-task, we spent the day prepping for a catered luncheon including a maple roasted butternut squash & orzo dish with a brown butter sage sauce and chicken saltimbocca with local kale, prosciutto, mozzarella and sage in a marsala wine reduction sauce. You can imagine how good the kitchen smelled today!
